For a standard residential lot of 5,000 square feet (100 x 50 lot) we charge a flat fee of
$245.00 per month for the following:
Mowing,
Trimming, Edging

We mow / trim / edge your lawn once per week from April - September,
once every other week October - March.
We hibernate in late December & early January :)
Weed Control
INCLUDED
Using an organic spray mix & never any herbicides.
Fertilizer
INCLUDED
We'll use...you guessed it...organic fertilizer as needed throughout the year, depending on the weather and the health of your lawn. Our goal is to keep your lawn lush and green year round.
Seeding
INCLUDED
We'll aerate and seed twice per year. Once in the spring + again in the fall.
We use the best pacific northwest fescue seed blend available.
Cleaning
INCLUDED
We'll blow off any accessible walkways, driveways and exterior decks
to ensure your home looks great before we head out.
